A payment may fail, remain pending or be reversed because of the customer’s bank, payment provider, network connection or payment gateway.

If money is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the customer should contact their bank or payment provider and may also contact us with transaction details.

Cash on Delivery may be available depending on order value, customer history, product, delivery PIN code and courier availability.

Cash on Delivery orders may require verification through telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, email or another reasonable method.

Rare Rich Right may restrict or disable Cash on Delivery for customers with repeated order refusals, failed deliveries, suspected fraudulent orders or misuse.

Customers should keep the payable amount ready and collect a receipt or delivery confirmation wherever provided.

Rare Rich Right provides free standard shipping across India, subject to PIN-code and courier serviceability.

Orders are generally estimated to be delivered within 5–7 working days after successful order confirmation.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary because of location, public holidays, courier delays, weather, transport interruptions, high order volumes or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

A customer may request cancellation before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has been packed, processed or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation may not be possible.

Refusing delivery after dispatch will not automatically be treated as an approved cancellation. Applicable forward and return shipping costs may be deducted or recovered where permitted.

Rare Rich Right may cancel an order before dispatch for stock, payment, serviceability, verification, security or operational reasons.

Approved refunds for prepaid cancelled orders will be issued to the original payment method.

Eligible return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 calendar days from delivery through the Return/Exchange Panel.
